About The Trish Method

Our Philosophy

 

The Trish Method practices the traditional Pilates Method, originally called Contrology, which was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. It emphasizes controlled, precise movements, core strength, flexibility, and breath control. The goal is to integrate the mind and body, promoting overall physical and mental well-being.
